06-08-2009 Olmos basin
Something to note: This isn’t at ground level. I was walking across a pedestrian bridge, built alongside the top of a cliff. The ground foliage isn’t as lush as it is here in the canopies. I guess it has something to do with sunlight availability.
This photo reminds me of the rainforests, how they are being leveled and cleared. We don’t lose just a single tree, but all the fauna that was attached and dependent upon it as well…
this is really nice. very organic and almost becomes an abstract with all the branches overlapping and curving like that.
I like the patterns nature creates. These tree limbs are unusually attractive for their intricate shapes and abrupt off shoots. Nice photo.
